Refund policy

At Wild Mulligan, we want everyone to be treated like family. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason we'd like to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges: 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uncolored, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations:

Please note that our orders CANNOT be canceled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.   

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refunds.
